Shipping policy

We want your Kor Cares order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Our products are fulfilled through regional facilities in Europe and the United States, allowing orders to be shipped from the facility best suited to the destination.

Order Processing

Most standard customer orders containing 1–20 products require approximately 2 working days for fulfillment before shipment. Fulfillment times may be longer for unusually large orders, promotional periods, holidays, or other periods of high demand.

Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time includes both the time required to prepare your order and the carrier transit time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to supported destinations within the European Union,  United States, subject to carrier and fulfillment availability.

Shipping is generally available to mainland addresses. Certain islands, offshore territories, or unsupported locations may not be eligible for delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Orders shipped within the European Union  are generally delivered by FedEx.

Orders shipped within the United States are generally delivered by UPS.

The exact shipping method available to you will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

European Union Shipping

Standard delivery times vary by destination and are generally approximately 4–15 working days after fulfillment.

Express shipping may be available for many EU destinations and is generally delivered in approximately 1 working day after fulfillment. Some destinations may require additional transit time.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination, shipment weight, and selected delivery method and will be displayed at checkout.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 2–5 working days after fulfillment.

Orders are fulfilled through the regional U.S. fulfillment network whenever appropriate and are generally delivered by UPS.

Shipping charges vary depending on parcel weight and will be shown at checkout.

Free Shipping

Eligible orders of $100 or more may qualify for free standard shipping where this offer is displayed on our website or during checkout.

Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the destination, available shipping service, and the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipment has been created.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs procedures, address problems, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
